NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. We do not accept returns unless the product received was wrong or damaged, which should be informed to us by email (therakshastore@gmail.com) within 48hrs of receiving the product. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.In such circumstances only the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 48 hrs after receiving the defective product. In no other circumstances do we accept returns.
  2. We do offer easy exchange. If you do not like a product you can send it back and choose another product. In that case the shipping for exchanging the product will be borne by the customer. In case you do not like a product for exchange, the amount will be added to your account and you can order anything else later for the same amount. A credit note will be sent to you which will be valid for 6 months.
  3. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  4. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  5. Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 48 hrs of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  6. The product would be picked in 3-5 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
  7. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 
  8. Sale products , Pre Draped sarees cannot be exchanged or returned
  9. The credit note issued, will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  10. Domestic Orders: 

Cancellation Policy

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. 

Return Policy 

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at therakshastore@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  
  2. We do not charge for shipping or COD. However in terms of exchange customer will have to bear the shipping charges.
  3. Raise your exchange /return request within 48 hrs of receiving the shipment.
  4.  If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at therakshastore with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done. 
  5. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  6. If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  7. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
  8. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
  9. If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later. 
  10. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

Exchange Policy: 

  1. Raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product through. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted. A Credit Note will be issued for the product price within 3-4 days once the product is picked up.
  2. A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up
  3. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet .
  4.  Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  5. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 2 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of  exceptional cases please write to us at therakshastore@gmail.com
  6. You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
  7. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  8. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  9. Credit Note once issued cannot be en-cashed.
